About the event
Join us for a weekend at the railway, showcasing the best of Barrett engines. Our portable track will be set up in the railways heritage center for the weekend, and we would love to see as many people as possible running engines, even if you do not own a Barrett Loco.
Running slots for the track will be on a first come, first served basis, so get in early for your chance to run.
The event will be free to enter, with standard train fares applying for anyone who withes to ride the Chasewater line
Parking will be in the main Chasewater carpark at a rate of £2 per day, only a short walk form the station. A drop off zone will be organised closer to the station for those who wish to bring multiple locos and rolling stock
There will also be a selection of miniature traction engines joining us on the saturday, and a 7 1/4" Portable track providing short rides along one of our platforms.
